Questions about discounts
- Do I need a promo code to get the recurring discount?
- No. Choose how often you want the cleaning when you book and the discount is applied to the price straight away, on every visit.
- Can I cancel a recurring plan?
- Yes, at any time, from your dashboard. There is no contract and no notice period. A visit you have already paid for still goes ahead unless you cancel that booking too.
- Can I skip a single cleaning without losing the discount?
- Yes. Skipping one visit moves the plan to the next date and keeps your discount. Pausing works the same way.
- Do discounts stack with a promo code?
- No. A booking gets the recurring-plan discount or a promotional discount, whichever applies — they are not combined.
- Is the price on this page what I actually pay?
- Yes, for the setup described. These figures are read from the same pricing system the booking form uses, so they cannot go out of date. Add-ons and larger homes are priced on top, and the form always shows the final total before payment.
