Questions

Does the gift card expire?
No. The code stays valid until it is used.
Can the recipient use only part of it?
Yes. The amount lands in their FixFox wallet and covers any booking fully or partially; the rest stays for next time.
How does the recipient redeem it?
They sign in (or create a free account), open their wallet and enter the code. The email includes a one-tap link.
Can I send it to a phone number?
Not yet — the code goes by email. You can forward it yourself once you receive your receipt.
What if the email doesn't arrive?
Reply to your receipt and we'll resend it. Check the spam folder first.
