How it works
- Sign in and open Refer & earn. Your personal link and QR code are ready straight away.
- Put them where guests look: your welcome guide, the check-in message, or a printed QR card in the apartment.
- A guest who is new to FixFox books their first cleaning through your link and pays 10% less.
- When that cleaning is done, 10% of it is credited to your FixFox wallet.

Questions
- Who can join?
- Anyone with a FixFox account. There is no application: open Refer & earn and your link is ready.
- How much do I earn?
- 10% of the total of each new customer's first booking through your link, once it is completed. Cancelled bookings earn nothing.
- When and how am I paid?
- As soon as the cleaning is completed, your commission is credited to your FixFox wallet. You can spend it on your own cleanings. Payouts to a bank account are not available yet.
- What if my guest has a promo code or picks a recurring plan?
- Only one discount applies to a booking. If your guest uses a promo code or picks a recurring plan, that discount applies instead of the 10% referral discount and the booking doesn't count as a referral, so it earns no commission.
- How long does my link count for a guest?
- 30 days from when they open it, on the same device. If they later open someone else's link, the newer link counts.
- Can I use my own link?
- No. The discount and the commission are for other people's bookings, so bookings from your own account or phone number don't count.
- Who counts as a new customer?
- Someone who hasn't booked with FixFox before and books without signing in. If they book from a FixFox account, or their phone number or email already has a paid booking, the referral doesn't apply. Each new customer counts once: their later bookings get no referral discount and earn no commission.
